2. Local Data (Stored Exclusively on Your Device)

Scientific Calculator Plus operates on an offline-first storage architecture. All user data generated during calculation sessions is isolated within your device's private sandboxed app storage and is never transmitted, synced, or backed up to remote KappuApps servers:

• Calculation History: Past arithmetic equations, scientific evaluations, timestamps, and computation results that you view in the history drawer.
• Memory Registers: Independent memory slots (such as M+, M-, MR, MC, and custom variable values) retained between sessions for multi-step calculations.
• Calculator Settings & Preferences: Your configured calculation options, including angle mode (Degrees, Radians, Gradians), number notation (Standard, Scientific, Engineering), floating-point precision decimals, thousand-separator styles, and fraction formats.
• Visual & Display Preferences: Your theme selection (dark mode, light mode, or custom color palette), font scale, and contextual hint preferences.
• Haptic & Sound Settings: Button tactile vibration feedback toggles and sound effects preferences.

You retain complete authority over your locally stored information. You can clear your calculation history at any time using the in-app "Clear History" action, reset settings in the Settings screen, or wipe all application data through your Android system settings (Settings > Apps > Scientific Calculator Plus > Storage > Clear Data).

To keep Scientific Calculator Plus free for everyone, we display advertisements provided by Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK). Advertising revenue enables us to maintain calculation accuracy, add new mathematical capabilities, support newer Android versions, and deliver continuous quality updates.

Scientific Calculator Plus is a general-audience educational and computational utility designed for students, educators, engineers, and everyday users. The application is not directed toward or targeted at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in applicable European jurisdictions).

KappuApps does not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personally identifiable information from children under 13. Furthermore, the core computation features of the calculator operate offline without requiring account registration, names, emails, phone numbers, or social profiles.

• Application Uninstallation: Uninstalling Scientific Calculator Plus automatically and permanently purges all local app data and cached records from your mobile device.
